I’m loving it. I can’t find a scratch on it and it was great saving the money! My last phone was a S9 & this S20 doesn’t have a long lasting message indicator light. But a app solved the only thing I didn’t like about the S20. Backmarket is great.

Fantastic! I ordered an "excellent" quality Galaxy S20. It was like new, flawless. It was even unlocked, as advertised! The only irritating thing is the at&t boot-up screen and bloat-wear, but from I have learned, that's not easily removed. I have had no issues with the battery, and the phone is still water resistant. I would definitely buy from back market again.

I really like my new phone, it's only the second one I have ever owned. The phone is working good, and I love the blue color too! And the price was perfect for me. My grandson has helped me a lot in learning how to use my phone. Thank you for the great service and quick shipping.

1. This is a great little phone once one is able to figure out even 10% of the sometimes less than clever gadgets. 2. This very complicated phone should never be sold without some basic directions. Several times I was preparing to send it back together with a few sincere curses. The worse was two times when the lock screen--something I was totally unfamiliar with--somehow got turned on (who knows how that happened) and a voice kept speaking in a horribly difficult voice to understand---over and over. It took four and a half hours of frustration with the phone seeming completely locked up when I washow to get into the damm thing and shut that crazy woman--whom I felt like strangling--up. Just as I was preparing to send it back to you with my sincerest curses, I figured it out and took up the advanture again I definitely envied those who could take the phone back to a Verizon nerd when that happens. Why do the manufacturers put any completely stupid program like that on a phone? Anyway, after spending three or four full days trying to get the darn thing going and setting it up, I have decided that it is a great phone if one finally figures it out.

I bought the Galaxy S20 in excellent condition and was not disappointed, it looks brand new. However, I do have a big issue with the phone. The screen panel isn't the original Galaxy S20 screen that came with the phone. I have another Galaxy S20 that I bought brand new from BestBuy in April 2020. The high motion smoothness(120hz refresh rate) works flawlessly and feels super smooth and buttery when scrolling through the phone. This Galaxy S20 that I bought on here to replace my old one, despite having the high refresh rate enabled, does not work like my old one does. The screen feels sluggish and hitches/lags when I'm scrolling when on the high refresh rate when it shouldn't. This tells me that the screen panel was replaced with a non genuine, original Galaxy S20 screen, otherwise it would work like my old one. Very disappointing considering it's one of the main selling points for me. Hopefully something can be done about this 😔
