Galaxy S20 • Unlocked

I am very happy with my Galaxy S20. Only thing that is hard for me to get used to is that it shows up being a AT&T phone and it is not operating with AT&T any longer as I have inserted my own sim card from my other phone. I am not sure if that can be removed or not. Physical condition is great and it seems to be working fine for me after a short time from my purchase.

It was advertised as unlocked, but it's locked to TMobile. If I can't get my provider PureTalk to unlock it, I'll be returning it. It's so easy to check if something's unlocked, I would think the company would check that before selling it.

I’m loving it. I can’t find a scratch on it and it was great saving the money! My last phone was a S9 & this S20 doesn’t have a long lasting message indicator light. But a app solved the only thing I didn’t like about the S20. Backmarket is great.

Very pleased with the quality of the refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20. The only confusing part was comparing the quality of refurbished phones from different suppliers.

it was a pretty seamless transaction. my only complaint was it has been a discontinued model which means that updates past a certain point are non-existent and also trying to find a case for it was a complete hassle. but the phone works great after the 48 Hours of updates that it did. but that was all my fault for not doing my research aside from all that I would definitely order from them again

I really like my new phone, it's only the second one I have ever owned. The phone is working good, and I love the blue color too! And the price was perfect for me. My grandson has helped me a lot in learning how to use my phone. Thank you for the great service and quick shipping.

I had a really frustrating experience with Back Market. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 listed as “unlocked,” assuming it would work with my carrier, but it turned out to be a Canadian model that doesn’t connect to U.S. networks like T-Mobile. The phone is basically unusable, even though the listing suggested otherwise. To make things worse, I paid for expedited shipping and the phone still arrived 5 days late. They refunded the shipping, but that doesn’t make up for the delay and inconvenience, especially when the device didn’t work in the first place. Instead of resolving the issue, they offered a discount code, which isn’t helpful when the product itself is unusable. Overall, the listing was misleading, the shipping was delayed, and the resolution process has been slow and frustrating. I expected a lot better.
