    First, I found an unlocked phone in mint condition that didn’t cost my entire rent/mortgage payment for a month. Second, the service is seamless. Buy, trade in, receive, and send old phone back. I didn’t have to do anything for shipping, packaging etc. We’ve used Back Market before several times and will continue to do so!

I am so happy I made the decision to order from here instead of getting a new one and paying $200-300 dollars more! also feels great knowing that I have 2-year accident protection which will cover repair or replacement if anything goes wrong, versus 1 to 2 years of manufacturer warranty that won't do anything if the device wasn't already busted on arrival!
