The Mystic Gray color looks sleek and modern. Performance (4/5 stars): The phone handles most tasks smoothly. Apps open quickly, and multitasking is a breeze. However, there were a few instances where it felt a tad sluggish, especially when loading heavy web pages. Camera (4/5 stars): The 12-megapixel camera captures good photos in well-lit conditions. The Flex Mode is a neat feature for hands-free selfies and video calls. However, low-light performance could be better. Battery Life (3.5/5 stars): The battery life is decent but not exceptional. The purchase was easy, and it shipped in good time. I just finished setting it up. I've never owned a Samsung so was hoping it wouldn't be too different from my Motorola. I love my new phone! I like being able to close it to a small size.

The phone was in excellent condition, the reason for the 4 stars is because there is a tiny nick on the hinge but it doesn't affect the performance of the phone. I also returned one prior and it was lost by the carrier but BM did an awesome job in handling the issue and getting me a refund!
