    I am writing this message here because the email I tried to send didn't work and there is no phone number that I can contact you. The iPhone 11, I recently purchased has a microphone issue. The phone was sent to Nepal and was a present to my mother. When I received the phone all I checked was if the iPhone was unlocked using my sim card. but never made a call and never thought that this could happen. Now the phone is in Nepal and my mother tried using it but the microphone is not working. We tried troubleshooting the phone but didn't work. The only time it worked was when she used Bluetooth to make a call. I tried to get help from backmarket but I couldn't find any number to contact you. The automated help doesn't have the option to write the situation. I am a bit sad that the phone is not working and it is not with me right now so I can return it right away. So, It might take, maybe a month or two to return back to you, I am looking for a friend who can bring it back to the US. I don't want to pay a huge postal fee to return back.
