    Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, "Excellent, 256 GB, Unlocked, Amber". This Galaxy is my 6th Samsung in 1 year, which makes me feel like I'm "allergic" to Samsung! How can I keep getting incompatible\corrupt phones? In the case of this Note 20 I purchased a 256 GB phone but received a 128 GB phone, which I blame on Grandcity Telecom vs BM. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is already showing signs of trouble: camera button freezes, apps close or freeze, battery life is Meh, can only web search on WiFi (very inconvenient when away from trusted networks and 100% UNACCEPTABLE for a mobile phone), Samsung apps I've removed are repopulating themselves and sending my notifications. This phone will have to go back. Now I'm left with the dilema of Do I try another Samsung, try another android brand, or use the LG smartphone I'm trying to replace till it resolves? All my purchases from Backmarket arrive on time, with support and warranty being the best anywhere.
