I have bought several phones through BackMarket. Great customer service. The phones arrive as scheduled. I love my new phone. The only thing I am not so happy about is the battery. I realize it is not a new battery, but it seems to run down quicker than usual, if I compare it to my other refurbished phones. I am not on the phone that much. I don't text a lot...I don't talk a lot. By evening I have to plug it in.

my wife needed a new phone to replace her dinosaur galaxy s7. we decided to try our luck with a refurbished one. so far, it's great!

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus arrived in pristine condition and works great! Everything was exactly as described and the shipping was very fast and low cost. The app is excellent and easy to navigate. My new phone was as promised, in excellent condition. My Samsung S21 plus, 5g phone works so seamlessly that I was reminded how much i love the S series phones! Thank you, Back Market, for making it possible for me to afford one! I want to give a good rating but my first experience is turning into a bad one. my phone is supposedly unlocked and it has a brand new Sim card but the phone disconnects from Verizon 5G cell towers and I hardly get no internet unless I'm connected to wifi then I'm only receiving 1 or 2 bars for my signal and the phone won't even let me call emergency responders when the phone isn't registered to the network half the time. there's definitely a issues that I'm hoping can get resolved asap. I like the phone but what good is it if I'm constantly battling for reception in Duluth which has all the major carriers.

The phone I ordered was "out of stock" and an communication i got said I needed to choose a different color. I would also get free headphones for the hassle but they never arrived.I misunderstood the communication, you have to log into the website to get a message rather than just including it in the email. After I finally understood and chose the new color shipping was fast and the phone arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. My only problem is that the battery doesn't last long, don't know if it's bad or just a characteristic of the S20 plus. This is the 3rd phone I've ordered from backmarket and will definitely order from them again.
