    Love it, as usual. Upgraded from A515G Unlocked which I also bought from Back Market a three years ago. This is the fifth phone I bought from you guys and the only turd was an A515G, T-Mobile locked........which I could NOT get unlocked because I was never a T-Mobile customer, so it sits in a drawer unused. I will NEVER-EVER pay $1,500 for a brand new phone as long as there is Back Market.

    Phone works and is in excellent condition as advertised but I paid for an unlocked phone and there is no option to use or allow eSIM in settings. Reached out to Samsung and my carrier who both say this is because the phone was probably locked from eSIM use when it was sold new. Need the phone because I traded in my old one and not a huge enough issue for me to return it but dissapointing.
