    This phone just arrived, It looks perfect, and so far it seems to be working very well. After just sending back a phone 2 weeks ago that didn't work upon arrival, I was refunded promptly and I decided to order another one. I am happy I did. This time I didn't have to spend much time setting it up. Everything went smoothly, transferred over, sim card works, speakers work, The phone looks like new. I will continue to order from Back Market again the next time I need a phone. You can wonder if you should try a refurbished phone, but as I said, I did get one that didn't hook up to the network, but I sent it back, no questions asked, and they sent me a very excellent phone right away! Glad they have a 30 day policy!
