    phone came with a huge scrape along the top of the phone even when I ordered it in excellent condition and the battery health was at around 90% I am not happy with this and can not send it in for a refund or to get repaired simply because it's my only phone now and I need to have a phone for work

    After spending several hours loading passwords, etc., on my refurbished S21, I found that the volume button was quite hard to press and would stick and the volume setting go all the way to the loudest or quietest. My wife has had an S21, so I was able to compare to hers. Basically her volume button was easier to press and would click, giving tactile feedback.

    we got my daughter the note 20 in june, it's September and we can not use it. the battery is bulging phone will be at 80 percent and then die when you plug it in, it will "charge" fast but then it's the same cycle. shouldn't have to buy a new phone again after 3 months of just buying one.
