So far I love my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G unlocked, only issue I have with it is that it drops off my WiFi connection frequently. thought it might be an issue with the WiFi itself but my iPad that I have doesn't drop the connection off. other than dropping the WiFi it's great, everything else works perfectly fine on it.

Back Market knows what they are doing! I first tried Amazon and received a locked phone which made me infuriated. My cousin got her phone from Back Market and she told me she had no problems with the whole experience and phone. Man, she was right! Delivery was on time, Phone came in Excellent Condition with all accessories, and best of all it was unlocked! 5/5 stars earned. I'm very pleased with my new phone and very pleased with how Back Market helped me upgrade for an affordable price.

Loved that my phone was packed up and shipped quickly. I received it on the expected date with no issues. My phone was in excellent condition. No scratches and didn't look worn out. Phone set up was easy as well as transferring all my apps and data to the phone from my old phone without having to do individual downloading. I'm very satisfied for now. Hoping there's no issues as the days go by. 🙏🏽

it came on time the only issue I had was the backmarket app was telling me the wrong day until it got here I used the usps website. but other than that the device was in great condition I think I paid for the cheapest condition and it came out great

I bought it for my room mate. He absolutely loves it. I do we wish we had gotten insurance on it though. He dropped it yesterday and cracked the screen. it's only a week old. Besides that it's an amazing phone. It got here fast and looked brand new. I will for sure be buying more electronics through you guys again.

Had a really good experience. My phone came on time. I'm really pleased with the whole experience pricing quality and simplicity the only complaint I have is the S-pen came broken other than that I will share my experience with others
