    Several messages pop up on the screen indicating that the battery was incorrectly replaced an that the display might not work correctly because the phone is on lost mode. I suspect this might be a stolen phone. The battery also overheats, very disappointed for the grade I bought. Second time I receive an unsatisfactory product, backmarket does not seem to have the strong quality controls they promise, avoid.

    don't hesitate buying the phone the phone is really great however the seller or whoever you're getting your phone from really plays a big factor in whether or not this device will be a forever phone or something you hold on for a year. Samsung phones don't do well with aftermarket screens and in my experience my screen on the lasted 2 weeks before showing signs of wear, and when you get a new phone you really take care of your phone because it's the newest thing in your pocket. great device. back market is fixing the issue as we speak so hopefully my rating will change in the future UPDATE - THE CHEAP SCREEN CRACKED AND THEYRE REFUSING TO FIX IT AFTER A WEEK OF OWNING IT.

    Honestly, I had a really good experience with the device! It came in really well packaged by Backmarket in a nice box with a fun fact on how much raw material is used in phone production. The phone inside was securely packaged with lots of bubble wrap and plastic for the screen. It was very satisfying to open. The phone itself was in very great condition. The screen was flawless and the back only had a minor scratch or two, which was only upon closer inspection. Cameras are amazing! Aside from the battery life, this was a great upgrade from my last phone. Will buy from here again!
