    Wasn't sure about the company, never heard of them. Son asked for this for Christmas. Finally learned he doesn't need the latest and greatest and requested this. Arrived on time, packed well. He took it out of the box, took his sim card out of his old phone and snapped it into this one and was up and rolling in 10 minutes. Was glad it worked well, no issues. Would have liked if they offered the screen protectors...son is hard on his stuff. Bought the robust case but still no protection for screen.

    I needed a new phone quick because I dropped my old one and it sustained LCD damage, aka the purple screen of death. The prices on here are too good not to give Back Market a try. Just got my "new" phone today. It looks like a brand new phone. So far it seems like my purchase was a good decision.     Initially, I had an issue with the device that I received. The microphone wasn't working. I went through the steps and shipped the item back. UPS was very slow in returning the item, unfortunately. However, the seller was extremely quick on the turn around to ship out a repaired/replaced device (I'm not sure if it was replaced or repaired). They had it in the mail a day after receiving it. Upon receiving, everything seems to be in working order. Things happen, the back market return process was easy, everyone was communicative, and I'm glad to have a new phone once again.

    Finally got around to opening up my new phone. It was listed as unlocked. However, when it boots up, it shows the AT&T logo and still has AT&T apps installed. ?? I'm not sure how this all works I don't like seeing the logo. I hope my T-Mobile sim will work. Otherwise the phone I received was in great condition.
