    Everything on ordering it is fine. The only problem I have is the delivery service, why FedEx delivery service are not coming to the apartment #C1 to deliver it? Instead they stop at the main general front entrance of the building and drop it. please can you tell them or instruct them to knock and drop the item or package 📦 infrastructure of the door apartment #C1.

    This is the second phone I buy here and I will always come back. I got a S21 in ‘excellent’ about year ago for my dad, and it had a very very minor scratch on the side, other than that, it was perfect and still holding strong. Now I got a S21 Plus for my mom also as ‘excellent’ and it also had just a tiny little dent on the edge, but everything else was perfect and she loves her new phone. I remember being very skeptical at first, but now I can definitely say this is a perfect place to get yourself or someone a new phone if the person doesn’t mind that it’s “used”. I will always come back because of quality, speed, and of course, the price. Definitely recommend Back Market!

    I have bought several phones through BackMarket. Great customer service. The phones arrive as scheduled. I love my new phone. The only thing I am not so happy about is the battery. I realize it is not a new battery, but it seems to run down quicker than usual, if I compare it to my other refurbished phones. I am not on the phone that much. I don't text a lot...I don't talk a lot. By evening I have to plug it in.
