    The mac is beyond perfect! I love shopping secondhand, and will definitely be using backmarket from now on. It shipped in about 3 days, was perfectly packaged, and for the quality being listed as "good" , i was expecting some damage. But theres not even a scratch! It came super clean, and with a charger as well. Thank you soso much!

    Is in great condition. Functions properly and I haven’t noticed any scratches or damage to the frame. Took a while to update and set up the watch, but that might’ve been because of my wifi and not the actual product. Arrived within great time as well.

    The laptop arrived quickly And exactly how it was described. The laptop only had one very small 1 mm dang on it, and besides that it was in flawless condition. I really had to look to even find the very small imperfection that add, and honestly, the average person would not even notice it. In my opinion, this computer exceeded expectations in the “good” category. I would buy from the seller again.

    the phone itself was amazing. it is in almost perfect condition and has the tiniest most smallest little hairline crack on the inner display. nothing crazy. the real issue was everything I had to go through to get this "unlocked" phone up and running. I tried getting it activated with my carrier who was Metro at the time, the phone literally wouldn't work. in fact, I was without a phone for days due to it not fully activating. I was told to contact tmobile, which I thought was really odd considering it was supposed to be unlocked. first time I've ever had this issue with back market by the way. anyway, after contact tmobile I was told to contact assurance wireless. some government cell phone provider. they couldn't help me and redirected me back to tmobile. I then contacted cricket wireless and tried porting in and that also didn't work with the phone. I was left without a phone again for about a day. I wa able to get back up again, I can't remember how, now, but. I contacted T-Mobile again, and after hours and hours of trying, we found out that the EID number didn't match the IMEI numbers on the device. I felt like I had no choice but to switch to T-Mobile, which was super uncool. I was in the middle of snow storms too to make matters worse so shipping was already a nightmare. overall, I'm now getting to use the phone and I'm loving it. sellers just be aware of what you are actually selling. this was truly unacceptable on many different levels.
