The MacBook was well packaged and looked almost brand new. Back Market clearly puts a lot of effort into ensuring their refurbished products are top notch. The computer works flawlessly, and I’ve been using it for demanding tasks like DJing. What really stood out to me was the transparency throughout the buying process. Back Market provided detailed information about the product’s condition, and the quality matched exactly what was promised. Plus, the price was unbeatable compared to buying new, making it an excellent value for such a high quality product.

I've had my M1 Macbook Pro for about a month now and its great! It's pretty much like a brand new machine, with only minor scratches on the lid but that's it. (I've selected the 'good' condition when I made my purchase.) The battery cycles were only at 18 on my initial boot and set up, so the battery is in excellent condition. As is the rest of the laptop aside from those very minor scratches on the lid. Everything functions as should, keyboard and touch bar are perfect (no faint backlit keys either.) It didn't come with the official Apple charging cable & brick so I was a little skeptical about that, however the cable they sent me is longer than the official Apple one so that's a plus there. The brick I received was an Awanta, seems generic but works and charges the laptop fairly quickly, so not an issue with that. For my first purchase here I'm definitely satisfied and would gladly recommend buying from Back Market.

Very fast shipping and reasonable price. Got the MacBook Pro M1 in excellent condition. Came packaged pretty well and came with off brand charger and block which i don’t mind. Only thing that got me a bit was the fact i got excellent condition and there was a couple scratches that were fairly noticeable on the body. Other than that amazing, battery life is at 100% and only 10 charge cycles. Definitely recommend’
