    I bought this phone listed as excellent. It is not. The screen has a significant scratch and a couple swirl marks embedded also in the screen. I was told by some guy named Leonardo to take a photo of the screen and send it to him. this is imposable as you get so much glare that you can't see anything. He was no help at all. I thought I had found a place I could upgrade my phone every year or so. I guess not.
