    I received the laptop on time but when I went to set it up, there was a program installed from the previous owner that asked to remotely manage the laptop. I could not skip this step so the laptop was unusable. I ended up having to return it and am still waiting for a refund. Back Market customer service responsed but I never got a response from the seller. I needed a laptop quickly and for a good price but this experience has left me questioning to buy again.

    I am so thrilled with my new laptop from Backmarket.I have used their service before but I normally would make sure I choose an item in the "Excellent" condition rating and never had an issue. This time I spent weeks deliberating on which laptop and specs I wanted only for them to sell out. After going back and forth reviewing different makes that were available, this X1 carbon popped up in the "Fair" bracket. I was scared at first but it was just in the right price range and specs.Took my chances on it and couldn't be happier. Beside a few small scuffs on the exterior the laptop is amazing and in perfect condition.Exactly what I wanted and didn't break the bank. With my old laptop falling in half (literally-hinges broke)this came right in time for me to start my journey back to school. And to top it all off I found out it was touchscreen as well,(mindblown)!!!!Just a win win!!

    This laptop was originally 2,000 back in the day. I was curious what I was going to get given everything, the fact that this was 500 and the condition was merely labeled as "fair". What I got was a laptop in PERFECT condition. Judging from left over steam files, the person who had it played nothing but an NBK game on it lol, before sending it in. Many such cases for casuals. There was a super small knick in the body that I only just now noticed. Otherwise, this thing is literally, in every way, completely brand new and has just been given a healthy polish and likely some new thermal paste I'm guessing, since I can tell it has been opened and what not. Either way, this is the best purchase I've undertaken in at least 5 years. I am never buying anything new again, I'm a back market loyal fan for now on.

    Delivery: Signature required and inability t deliver to UPS access point/UPS store. I had to live work early to receive T14. Very inconvenient. T14 itself: It would be nice to know the Windows version. It took me 4 hours to upgrade to 11 pro. The previous T14s came with 11 pro out of the box. My dad loved it. the USB C charging port is flimsy and I foresee issues in the near future. otherwise it is nice machine without defects.

    I didn't get a size up to 1TB like other people in the comments were boasting about, but so far, this macbook air is very adequate. I love using it, it's quick, works like brand new and has given me ZERO issues. My only complaint is that the battery it came with is HUGE. So massive it won't even stay in the wall to charge fully. That's the most annoying part and I wish they would've found a more efficent third-party charger to ship it with.

    The laptop came in two days, and was in good condition physically. I ordered it in August, so I wanted to wait a little before reviewing. Now that I’ve had it for a few months, I now see the problems. It restarts out of nowhere, and it freezes a lot. It takes a lot to turn it on, and half the time, I have to reboot it in order for it to turn on. I got it in fair condition so I knew it wasn’t going to be perfect, but I didn’t think it’d be like this and go bad this quickly. If you can, I definitely recommend getting it in excellent condition, or even brand new. If I knew the laptop was going to deteriorate this quickly, I would’ve saved more money to buy a brand new laptop.
