    just in general about backmarket, be careful doing "rushed shipping" especially if you order on weekends. didn't seem to help reduce the original projected delivery date. But it's a good computer. working well for me and I'm pushing it for some grad school computer programming classes.

    So the laptop itself was a complete dud unfortunately. There were a few dead pixels on the screen and the computer lost power and was unable to turn on even when directly connected to power after two weeks. The support team however was very helpful and made the return and refund process very easy for me. I have had good luck with other products order through this site and genuinely believe that it may have been a bad laptop on Dell’s end. Can’t rate 5 as the laptop pooped out on me but they handled the situation as good as they could have.
