In the technical details for the desktop I purchased from Prime TimeBuys through Back Market, the following details were listed: 1. Resolution: 3840 X 2160; but the desktop has only 1920 X 1080. 2. Storage Capacity: 1024 GB; but the desktop has 1000 GB. I tried to find a place to contact the seller [Prime TimeBuys] next to my order summary, as you directed in the instructions under delivery slip, but there was no place to click on to "Contact Seller", that I could find. I checked Dell.com for this desktop [Service Tag: BKMF573; Express Service Code: 25191587343] and found that it was originally shipped with both the lower resolution and Gigs.
