    The phone came in yesterday. Transferring data went okay-ish. This morning, I left the house with a 100% charge. By the time I came home, which was 12:30. My phone battery was down to 36%. I mean like that’s terrible. My old phone, xr, can do better battery health than that!!! With that being said, I didn’t even use that much because of most the time I was in class so there’s a clear reason that the battery has problems. This evening, around 6, my battery was at 6%, so I continued to use it but all of a sudden it give me warning saying I have 10% battery left… I was like wait it’s at 6% right now but I have warning for 10%? How does that work. So I ignored it but about 2 seconds later, the phone completely shuts down. I turned it back up, the battery is on 6%, about 20 seconds later it shuts down again. I’m like dude I just got this phone why am I already having battery trouble!?!? So after doing the same process, it still said the same thing. So I devoted to charge it and see what would happen. Haven’t checked it because it’s still charging. Y’all, keep in mind that i baight a new phone to replace my xr because the battery health is all I cared about. Of course this happened to me. Also when the phone came, it had a 2 inch scratch on the screen itself and the back camera had 5 Chico’s. The glass back cover had tons and tons of stained bubbles!!!! Dude, I baight it for excellent!!!!! That is not excellent!!!!!!! Every time when I tap on the screen it takes longer time to respond than my old phone xr!!! Like bro that the hell!?!?!? Of course this had to happen to me.

    Scratches on screen. Ordered Very Good supposed to be no visible scratches at all. Terrible. 2 sim card removal tools were loose in the box so maybe they scratched the screen although it was bubble wrapped, it wasnt sealed in the bubble wrap.

    IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARTS I WOULD .. this is one of the worst phones i have ever had it overheats to the point you can feel it on the charger , the phone gets so hot it feels like it going to blow up and i only has the phone for 4 months and the screen gets stuck and doesn't let me do anything for hours .. i am highly unsatisfied and its crazy because i brought another phone previously a couple of years ago and it was amazing i always spoke highly of this company but now i am just disgusted and probably will not be using this company EVER AGAIN. I paid 500$ for a phone to not work ridiculous and they said since i been 30 days i cant get my money back this is HORRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!

    I just got a it couple of hours ago and just opened it (I have not tried to use it yet) I paid for what I thought was the "excellent" grade, It says now that it is "very good",still, under both grades (excellent or very good, the screen should be : Perfect Condition, but the screen has a scratch. I went online, and I see that the same phone today is $40 less expensive. so, no , I'm not happy about the purchase.
