    the seller sent me a phone with a lot of micro scratches on the bottom of the screen, and it had a small hairline crack at the bottom of the screen as well. I would not care as much if I had purchased a fair condition phone, but I bought a excellent quality one and expected it to arrive in excellent condition. I cannot go with out a phone any longer due to my job, and I am very displeased that I will have settle for one that is below the expected quality. please contact me to resolve the issue, thank you in advance.

    Ordered excellent condition, received - Battery degraded/replace now (76% max capacity - supposed to be 80% minimum) and screen has hundreds of fine scratches with a couple deeper/larger ones (not flawless like the excellent condition ones are supposed to be.) Lastly, not a huge deal, but the sides/edges of the phone were also scratched pretty heavily with one larger gouge on the bottom right corner. None of this is what I expected after reading the description of the standards for excellent condition. The 2nd phone I ordered has a battery at 81% and thankfully a decently clean and mostly scratch free screen, but the sides and back are pretty heavily scratched. Overall not a good first experience with Back Market, and likely my only/last one as well.
