    I looked at the reviews about the company and it seemed legit so I went ahead and ordered a phone. Long story short, I got sold a dud (phone would not take a software update whatsoever). A replacement couldn't be fulfilled so I got a full refund instead in less than two days which was cool. That being said, I still was overall disappointed given the otherwise good things I've heard about BackMarket.

    I bought this iPhone only in May, and it has completely quit. I tried all your trouble shooting tips and nothing helps.. I tried to get info on removing my data but site doesn’t show my specific situation and is unresponsive , and there is NO WAY TO GET A HUMAN for help! Since I can’t remove my data, you won’t look at this phone. I’d like to return it and get a complete replacement but even that is no good, as you won’t accept it with my personal data PLUS I use my phone to pay bills, etc. so I need it sooner than later. What are my options, if any? Can I talk to a human, please, via my wife’s phone: 315-286-6304? Thank you.

    The iPhone is in good conditions. Just a few minor scratches but, the package was really poor they just wrapped in plastic bubble and putted in a box. The cellphone was literally lose inside the box. Other thing is that it came all dirty, not even cleaned the marks from the last case, the phone came super dirty.

    I got it for my wife. She seems to like the upgrade from her iphone7 - just in time to get the newer ios16, that is no longer available on her 7. She love's purple, but was a little disappointed in the rather "drab" purple color of this model; nothing too important. Now that she's upgraded, it will soon be my turn. I need ios16, so I can play with ChatGTP, which won't run on my old phone.

    I have heard mixed reviews of Back Market’s quality control, with many highly agitated reports of bad experiences. However, ALL used/refurbished retailers have higher rates of failure than new. There exists no comprehensive review of the quality across Amazon, eBay, and others, and I frankly cannot attest to anything beyond my personal experience. And that, thankfully, is quite satisfactory. The condition and condition are as described and it was delivered on time. I would use Back Market again and recommend it to acquaintances.
