I purchased an iPhone 12 Mini 128 GB that was refurbished. Although the item came in an excellent condition and all items came as described, I received the 64 GB model. I’m hoping to purchase again while I wait for my refund to process. If my order is fulfilled correctly next time, I will be a happy camper. We will see how it goes.

I was a bit skeptical at first about buying a reconditioned iPhone but I am delighted with my purchase. It is in excellent condition, no noticeable scratches at all, and the battery is as expected, in very good condition as well. I will use BackMarket again when I need new to me technology.

I purchased an iphone 12 mini in excellent condition. It came without a problem but upon checking the maximum battery capacity it was 79%. The warranty stated it would be at least 85%. What can I do? So far it has been difficult contacting Back Market for an answer.

My daughter and son-in-law paid for my iPhone 12 Mini. They would have paid for a new iPhone, but I liked the Mini, having been used to a 2016 SE that fit nicely into my purses and pockets. I needed to upgrade due to the SE’s OS update limitation denying my access to several heavily-used apps. Also, my SE was getting wonky, heating up and discharging quickly, and I had to delete apps in order to free up needed memory. I like my Mini. It’s just slightly larger than my old SE, has plenty of memory, and I had a relatively smooth data transfer experience with only one hiccup easily resolved. My complaint about my Mini is that the battery registers at 82%, not the 85% Back Market claimed in the website description. Not enough difference to make a formal complaint, but deceiving, nonetheless. I hope the battery lasts till Apple stops providing OS updates for my phone or I die, whichever comes first. Also, the screen guard purchased separately did not come with adequate application instructions. If I had more experience with buying phones and tablets, this wouldn’t have been a problem, but my screen guard has a few bubbles remaining, and I notice a tiny line that is either on the scr...

I bought this for our teenager and needed it quickly because his old iPhone 8 could not manage to keep a SIM card working. This iPhone 12 mini arrived on time, was packaged very nicely and securely, and was a great deal. We wanted one in excellent condition, which this is. It was exactly what we were looking for and I love that I didn't have to break the bank for it!

I like Backmarket. Over the last four or five years, I've purchased many phones on Backmarket for my family members and myself, and I've been very pleased with nearly every purchase. However, I just bought an iPhone 12 Mini that was in "fair" condition, and it was noticeably dinged up. That would have been fine, except after I got it all set up, I got two error notifications: one for the battery not being authentic (which could be okay; maybe that meant it was a new off-brand battery), and the other error was for inauthentic camera parts. That had me the most worried. What happened to necessitate the camera being rebuilt? That was a bridge too far. Also, I couldn't get my eSIM to transfer from my old phone to this one. Something just seemed off. So, I'm returning it.
