    Purchased this small iphone to use strictly as a music player - no cell sevice, no internet. When my last ipod nano finally died I looked for a replacement...and there was none. Ipods can't be refurbished very effectively and new knock-offs are very expensive and get poor reviews. This little 12 mini is perfect. It arrived in flawless physical condition, charged to 100%, synced with Itunes and then with my home and car stereos with no issues and,at 64gb, has more storage than I will ever need.     So I have gotten phones from this platform for a few years now and things have gone very well up until recently. I ordered my iPhone 15plus and was pretty excited to be honest it had been years since my last upgrade. Fast forward to the 16th of this month when I received the device it arrived everything was perfect the phone worked just great. Well fast forward to the 19th I went to make a call and I noticed that I could not hear audio through my earpiece so at first powered the phone off and on then tried again and nothing, starting googling what it could be it had to be an operator error on my end this phone is 3 days old ordered in excellent condition which I never have in the passed. like it made no sense i trouble shooted everything i could and nothing was working so i eventually was like okay i will do like a hard reset and that should work and nope so at that point is when I contacted support because maybe it might be something out of my knowledge. I contacted the online support and was in contact with a gentleman named Diego and explained my situation he have gave me all the same trouble shooting options that I had already attempted through my own research and explained that I attempted all of those options and nothing. He then apologized and said we would need to return to seller so he could look into and assured the issue would be resolved. He attached a return label which I have little experience with so I asked for help and Information about my return let him know I was gonna be out of town till Monday. At that point a different person had responded back to my questions 1 of them being how about going back to my traditional sim until what assumed the item was done being fixed. This is when I was informed by another fella named Manuel that this was not problem they wanted to resolve rather than get rid of it instead by opting for a refund which is never what I asked for, I asked for help because there shouldn’t be any reason ordering a refurbished phone in excellent condition should have an issue like this 3 days in, and all because I didn’t feel it was necessary to add a protection plan because none of the phones I have ever received from this company has ever had a technical issue like this right off the gait. It really is upsetting because in situations like this companies should offer help to fix it even if they couldn’t compensate the whole repair. They could’ve at least offered help at a discounted rate I get it these phones are refurbished and I opted for a protection plan but to offer no resolution rather a return so I can turn around to buy the same phone and be in another $60 cause prices go up overnight apparently. Looked up my phone just to see if I could just do that and wait it out for a new phone. Nope I gotta spend more now sounds like a scam. I really thought this was a good company guess I was wrong.
