This is my 2nd phone and 3rd overall purchase (Apple Watch) from backmarket, all of which are still going strong. Ordered Excellent quality and received such. The refurbisher was Liberty Tech Group and I appreciate them using Apple parts, so I didn’t get notifications when I set up the phone, but they also took the care to send my phone with a screen protector and charging box (which are not standard policy). Shipping was fast, easy, and came undamaged.

I had hoped that I'd see a real difference in battery power, trading up from an iPhone 7 to this iPhone 13. That doesn't seem to be the case. Not sure whether it has to do with the fact that it's used/refurbished.

Going on two weeks of use and it works great. Battery Life is at 85% which is normal for the age of the phone. Actually came with a screen protector. Had two very small scratches, but is fine with me. all in all it is a great phone with lots of memory. I would definitely buy from Back Market again. I know there were some reviews that might not be the best, but with any used or refurbished item things can happen. But communication and delivery were quick and good. I also, had a trade in. Waiting on that process to complete hopefully it is a smooth as the purchase.

The phone was shipped with a persistent error message that says the screen is not recognized and wants to complete installation, but that does not fix the problem. The screen works, but this must be a sacrifice of buying a refurbished phone instead of a new one. A little annoying (can't get the error to go away, keeps popping up). A little disappointing with this phone than the last time we got a phone from Back Market years ago.

Having a little hiccup with the trade in... but mostly my fault...had trouble with the iCloud account removal but I partnered with Apple support and iCloud.com and remedied the situation [ I believe ], as I am waiting a response from the refurbisher, [after being notified previously that the iCloud account hadn't been closed ] and they reduced the trade in value from $111 to $10 [can you believe it !!!]....I'll know more later concerning my experience....realizing that this whole situation has nothing to do with the GREAT SERVCE YOUR COMPANY HAS GIVEN ME OVER THE YEARS!!!....you asked and I answered haha...DUKE

it’s just great. i got the phone i wanted for much cheaper but with the extra storage space i wanted. i looked on amazon and it was i think 450 for a refurbished iphone 13 mini with the extra space. here it was 360. i saved 90 bucks. not just that but the phone was in great condition and was delivered quickly. this was my first time with backmarket and i’m very content with the outcome.
