    This phone arrived with a crack in front of the front camera. I bought an EXCELLENT condition phone and got subpar. I am very upset. I sent the phone back and now the tracking has paused and unknown where the phone is now. Pretty damn angry about this and I have chatted multiple times. No solution but to wait to see if they get the device when I sent it back to sender.... 12 days ago. But okay.

    The phone works great except it does not charge on half the chargers I plug it into, including the one in my car. These chargers work on my wife’s 12 mini but not this new one ordered from backmarket. I can’t use the phone for gps in my car because the charger doesn’t recognize it. Multiple other chargers also do nothing when plugged in.

    I wish I could attach a picture so you all could understand what "Excellent" quality and a "flawless" screen looks like to Backmarket. There is a 1cm scratch in the upper right hand corner of the screen. I requested help. Offered to buy a new phone with a 10% discount, they said only 5% could be offered. They offered me 10% off to KEEP THE SCRATCHED PHONE, which would be ~$40. 40 dollars for a scratched screen? Really? Sebastin, you were less than helpful and a huge waste of my time. I'll never buy from Backmarket again.
