    I wish I could attach a picture so you all could understand what "Excellent" quality and a "flawless" screen looks like to Backmarket. There is a 1cm scratch in the upper right hand corner of the screen. I requested help. Offered to buy a new phone with a 10% discount, they said only 5% could be offered. They offered me 10% off to KEEP THE SCRATCHED PHONE, which would be ~$40. 40 dollars for a scratched screen? Really? Sebastin, you were less than helpful and a huge waste of my time. I'll never buy from Backmarket again.

    Buyer beware! This company will either send you the wrong item and/or lie in their advertisement. In October, I purchased an Apple iPhone SE 3rd generation 256GB that was advertised as Midnight black in color and most importantly listed as unlocked. The phone I received was Starlight white in color and locked into a GSM only network. I only found this out when I contacted my mobile service provider and was informed that the phone was not compatible with my current CDMA sim card. Because the 256GB storage was the only thing not falsely advertised, I tried to make do, I even bought a brand-new GSM sim card, however, the GSM network has terrible service in my area. Frustratingly, because I tried to give the seller the benefit of the doubt, I exceeded my 30-day refund window by a mere 3 days. Bottom line, if this phone was accurately listed, I would not have purchased it. I'm disappointed and just want the phone I purchased.

    I was so excited to get my new-to-me phone, and when I opened the box and tried to use the phone, it wouldn't turn on. I assumed maybe it just needed charging, so I did that. To my disappointment, the phone was not turning on no matter how much troubleshooting I did. I submitted a return/refund request. BackMarket was very quick and very helpful. They emailed me a shipping labeled; I mailed the phone back to the seller and received my refund shortly after. This phone was a bust for me, but BackMarket was great with customer service and the return process!

    Phone works fine. I was a little disappointed on condition of the phone when I paid more for a better condition phone. Could have been from a hard drop or using a tool to remove screen protector??? One bright note the battery health was at 90%. Phone came fully charged. Overall I’d give it a 4 out of 5. Also being able to order by phone would have been very helpful.

    I bought this iPhone that is supposed to be in excellent condition, so I payed aroubnd 60 dollars more, to have the excellent condition. It nevertheless came with scratches on the sides and on the screen that are visible more than 20cm away ! I am dissapointed.
