Ordered the T-Mobile unlocked phone and they sent me a phone locked to an entire other carrier, horrible, do not order from this seller!!!!

This is the second most terrible iPhone I have ever had If I am playing music and I touch the Lock Screen, the volume goes down dim I can barely hear it and I must restart whatever app I am using. The.n it will return to normal until I touch the phone again. If texting someone the screen often freezes and I must start over If the phone hits 20 percent the next stop is zero. I must charge it at least 3 times a day even if kept in low power mode. At church last Sunday it went from 40 percent to zero in 3 minutes My son’s phone has been great (the 13 mini) but I totally regret wasting my hard earned money on this phone as a Mother’s Day gift to myself. I only hope I can make it last long enough to save up and get a new phone from the Apple Store because this one is as bad as the one I had before which was a XR that I had for 5 years . Zero stars do not recommend this phone I will say the delivery service was fast and the item was what I ordered but I’m wholly disappointed with this phone but my son loves his 13 mini and has had no issues.
