    This was a horrible experience . Bought a phone for my mom’s birthday . Got referred to Backmarket from a friend. The phone was supposed to be Excellent condition. Original parts 256 gb I received 512 gb which is great but phone is in fair condition at best and battery unknown only options are return for refund or return for replacement none of which will get me a gift for my mom on time.

    Great phone. Was in need of a bigger phone and this one was just what I needed without the need for a brand new one. It's new to me. Tiniest of scratches on the side of the phone, but I was being slightly obsessive about scratches. When I say tiny, I mean I had to put on glasses to see the scratch. And like I said, I have a case on it, so I've forgotten that it was there. Even without a case, the naked eye can't see it. I've had an iPhone 8+ for so long, all these new features are fantastic. Back Market came as a recommendation from my daughter who made her purchase after I made mine. My seller was fast, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
