    The iPhone XR was in great condition (it was sold as "excellent"). I was amazed at the speed of shipping and have been very happy with my purchase. This is the 3rd phone I've bought with Back Market -- and I will never go anywhere else to buy refurbished!     This will be a review on the iPhone 8 Plus it's self and a review of the iPhone that I received. First, I am absolutely satisfied with the buying experience and the phone that I received. The options I selected were 256GB and the "excellent" quality rating and I believe that to be true. This phone is in mint condition. There is one very minor scratch on the far edge of the screen in the top left corner. But after applying the screen protector and case I can't even tell it's there. I love this style of iPhone and am excited for several years of use. After going into the settings menu and checking the battery life the batter still has 81% of its original life from the factory so I probably can expect to change the battery in a few years. But its easy to do and the parts on iFixIt are reasonably priced. I really can't expect much more from a 4 year old phone refurbished or not! I'm coming from an iPhone 7 Plus that recently broke after a hard drop on to concrete. I was really disappointed when I took it to the local repair shop and they told me the damage to the case and logic board were beyond repair. I knew exactly which phone I would be getting. I wanted the 8 because of the slightly newer processor and with the new iPhone SE, which is essentially an iPhone 8, I know for a fact that this phone will be supported by Apple with security updates for several more years. I initially tried purchasing an 8 Plus refurbished directly from Apple, which is what I did with my 7 Plus, but they were sold out and I didn't want to "down grade" to a smaller phone i.e. the iPhone 8. I was really reluctant to order this phone from anywhere else especially Amazon or Ebay. I did not want to risk getting a cheap Chinese knockoff. I was slightly hesitant from ordering from here as I'd never heard of this website but boy am I glad I took the chance. This phone is the real OG. It synced and was restored from my iTunes account in no time. Touch ID works as before, Face ID, the new iOS, everything. If you feel like I did take my word for it! This is an honest site that sells legitimate products that are refurbished as advertised! Don't spend crazy amounts of money on a brand new phone! Your new phone can be found here for a third of the cost!
