    I bought this phone in "Very good" condition, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality, this is not even a "fair" condition phone, scratches all over the screen and deep ones at the bottom and on the face ID, next to the power button there is a weird dip on the screen, probably because they did not seal the screen properly after fixing it. From the back glass, what I thought at first was dirt turned out to actually be scratches from dents or stones, including scratches with the shape of the edges of a magsafe wallet accessory that the previous owner must have had there the entire time.

    Overall I’m basically satisfied. I got my device, after a couple of days of delivery hiccups (2 day shipping turned into nearly a week although that was on the shipping carrier more than anyone else). It works and looks decent. I’m not particularly happy that I thought I was buying a device in excellent condition and even this page for inputting the review says “very good” not to mention the two little dents in the screen which are I suppose barely visible but cause problems for installing a screen protector. The battery life was also 89% upon arrival which is better than any refurbished device I’ve ever gotten so not too bad there. Still, I’d expect a bit more for an excellent device. I think more could be done to make clear what each grade means and/or there should be fewer generic listings and more photos of actual devices up for sale. This device is to be my spare device so it’s not essential that it’s perfect and for my needs it’s good enough, it just didn’t quite live up to my expectations.
