So far, so good. I was able to get my old phone data transferred to the new iPhone. Then moved the Sim card. Made a phone call and sent a text message. Haven't tried anything else. The battery is my only concern at this point as that is why I had to replace my last iPhone (the battery would have cost as much as a newer refurbished phone).

The phone is in great conditions, turns on & works/functions great. The only issue I have is the battery in the phone is degrading. It’s only at 78% capacity in terms of remaining battery life which means I’ll have to bring it to an Apple Store soon to have it serviced & replace the battery. Beyond that the seller is great & sells good refurbished products.

Got the phone in excellent condition and it’s good no cracks minor scuffs but it’s not a problem for me since last phone broke and it was easy transition for data and it’s true to color the only thing is the battery life not so great but that’s because it’s refurbished but overall good quality and condition would recommend for the price of it 😌💗

Great value for the phone, and it works great! Only problem is the refurbished glass is a little thicker than the real iPhone glass, so it’s slightly less sensitive. You get used to it, but it was a little annoying at first.

We didn’t know what to expect since it was our first time buying a refurbished phone, but it exceeded our expectation and more! Everything was just as advertised (we bought it in “Excellent” condition), physically the phone was basically flawless— barely visible scratches (if any), speakers working great, the battery’s even up to 100%! On top of that, customer service is top-notch. Would def buy from BackMarket again!
