    Not a good experience and will not purchase again from Back Market. The phone we purchased immediately started working poorly due to a swelling battery. They did not repair or replace it when it was returned to them. For over a month we communicated back and forth. They insisted I get a written quote to have it repaired when I don’t have a repair facility near my home. Even though I followed their policy and it states they would refund the cost they did not. Buy at your own risk but be prepared to have to jump through hoops if there is a problem. This was all for a $150 phone too.
