    The item said the iPhone was in excellent condition. There is a strange light that appears on the screen from some damage. I am disappointed that it was not in excellent condition as I ordered. I am hopeful that the return process and replacement are smooth and easy.

    I'd like to email you on exactly what the problem is but won't let me. I put in a 6 digit code while setting up then after it went dark screen I put in the code and it locks me out because the code has changed. Believe me it's a easy code I used just for setup. S now I'm stuck with a birthday present my wife can't use. I will try to return it if I can get thru the multiple choice questions.

    The condition of the phone is "Good" yet there are chips and dents all around the phone, and a crack on the back glass. Completely unacceptable for a "good" condition phone. Please do add more to the "good" condition or check the phone more thoroughly to give it the correct condition. Totally disappointed with this website.
