    This is the last time I’ll ever get anything from BackMarket. I ordered this device, but I changed my mind about it not even an hour ago and I attempted to cancel it, but they couldn’t do that for me because the item was already “being prepared” (whatever that means). They told me that I can ship the item back for a refund when I got it. The item didn’t ship for another 28 hours, and when I asked about that, they didn’t provide me with any explanation. I received the item, opened it just to take the pictures, and I shipped it right back via UPS using the label I was provided by BackMarket. Four days later, I get a notification that the package can’t be delivered with no explanation. I reached out to BackMarket again to get some clarification on that and the customer service person pretended that I was dumb and proceeded to tell me that the item will be received by the sender the following day. I said that it said it was undeliverable and it was coming back to me, but this person reassured me that everything is fine and provided me with the same tracking number I already had. Today, I saw that the item is out for delivery back to me. I reached out to BackMarket to ask why this is happening when I was assured that the package will be received by the sender, and no one has gotten back to me. I called UPS to ask what is happening and when will the package be delivered to my house, because now I have to stay home and receive it, and she told me that it should be within the next 3 hours. When I asked why the package was not able to be delivered, she told me that the address that it was sent to the business that operated out of there has either moved or wasn’t there to begin with. I reached out to BackMarket again and I haven’t heard back from them. The money that was never supposed to be taken out of my account in the first place is still not refunded to me and I don’t have the package yet that was shipped to a non-existent address that BackMarket provided me with. Make it make sense, and buyers beware! This stinks of a scam!

    I don't mind the few scratches - I chose fair condition after all. Battery life is at 89%, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The only trouble is my camera seems to have a problem with the optical sensor, the image shakes constantly, even when set down on a stable surface. It's 50/50 if you can time the shutter to capture a clear photo or a blurry one. Quite annoying. You get what you pay for, I suppose.
