    I'm not sure how Back Market gets their items from,but they need get an idea of what these refurbishers have or do not have.I ordered an iPhone 11pro space gray, what I got was a model unknown in red and not at all what I ordered. They said the seller could not send me what I asked for,and gave me a refund.The entire process took two weeks. They did not offer an alternative or anything.They need to manage their sellers better. Needless to say ,I won't try Back Market again.

    This order is a scam. They tell you they will send you good quality stuff and then send you the wrong version devise with less storage. I order an iPhone X with 256 GB they send me one with 64GB. And it overheats when I charge it. Overall I would never use this sight for anything. They are little help with solving any problems.

    The phone came with less than 85% battery. It runs out of battery so fast in a day. The seller is not helpful at all and only offered a $30 discount. I'm having issues getting answers from Backmarket about getting this battery replaced under your warranty. Customer service in getting this repaired immediately is awful, and I'm being asked to do the work of finding someone locally. That's not how this should work when it's guaranteed to come with 85% battery.

    The phone it self isn't bad. It has some minor scratches on the bottom left side even though I ordered it in excellent condition. The major problem is that I received a phone with 81 percent of battery capacity which is not what they describe about phones. It should be above 85 percent.
