4/5This phone quickly made me love the iPhone 12 pro max. It quickly became my favorite apple phone of all time. I received this phone in November & it was perfect until about May. In May, 7 months after receiving this phone, the battery health hit 70 percent. Since then, this phone does not work off of the charger. I have to use a portable charger in public at all times to be able to use my phone or else it shuts off. This phone was great for those 7 months, but now it is the bane of my existence. Will be getting my new phone, that I am unfortunately required to buy only 7 months after buying a phone, from elsewhere.
