This is my fourth refurbished purchase through Back Market. I purchased two iPhone 8's, then an iPad Air III and most recently an iPhone XR. I have been happy with all the purchases and service. Lately however, I have been getting Ads from competing companies with considerably lower prices, like $100 less for a comparable iPhone XR. For my next purchase, I may do a bit of comparison shopping. Still I've been very happy with Back Market and should maybe just pay a bit more and stick with them.
Later, my iPhone XR continues to work well but I've seen offers from others for $100 while I paid $300

I'm so glad I bought a refurbished phone here! It was my first time, but definitely not my last, considering how much I saved. I was happy with my purchase, aside from the fact that it was ghost touching like crazy (which made it very hard to use) but I shipped it back to the seller and they fixed it free of charge and it works great!
