    Very Disappointing Experience The product arrived significantly damaged, with deep and visible scratches on the case, despite being listed as “excellent” condition. Additionally, I ordered the AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), but received a version without ANC. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I returned the item immediately.
