    Battery dropped under the 90% I paid for within a week or so. Customer service was responsive, but I was still unable to find out if sellers had anything with a battery health over a certain number other than the minimum. Returning the phone took forever to take photos, delete everything, find a box, take more pictures, and send it back. Fingers crossed the replacement--if there is one--will come quickly and work as expected. I work from home, so it's a pretty big inconvenience to move back to a phone I replaced because it wasn't working well. Also, it's worth noting that while the website says you can return things to USPS, UPS, etc. the shipping label is specifically for UPS. My one stop turned into two because of this misleading information.

    The cell phone arrived within the delivery time. The general conditions are excellent, however there are some scratches on the structure near the screen and the battery health is only 86% (I believe that in excellent condition it should be higher).

    Prices are great and I did receive the phone is good condition. The issue I have is I paid extra for excellent condition and received it with a scratch on the screen. It isn't terrible noticable but disappointing. Also the phone I got my husband was supposed to come with a charger and didn't. Their customer service was quick to reach out to help which is awesome. Overall good experience and once again great price. Would buy again from them.

    It wasn't honestly the greatest, but it wasn't the worst either, If you want an affordable phone that is gonna perform as expected then sure go with this. I ordered from Hybrid IT, and I think they did a great job on my phone although I do think the battery being at 79% is kinda meh, I do think that backmarket did a great job and I got my phone in fair quality so I can only expect what an excellent condition would be. Please get good or excellent, don't settle for fair it's a gamble most of the time lol. Backmarket did good, and hybrid IT did pretty decent on this phone. 8/10, The camera and lens are top notch, the back barely has any wear to the point where you can't even see a single scratch or crack, and the sides just have little scuffs or scratches' from wear. The only problem is the screen, and even then the screen isn't even that bad the little scratches don't interfere with the phone, The only thing bringing this phone down is the battery percentage. The microphone is amazing, Get fair quality if you want something to use for the next 2-3 years, get good or excellent if you want it to last longer. tl;dr the delivery was amazing, the appearance could have been better, the battery could have been better, the microphone is great, the camera quality and lens are in amazing condition, the charger does a great job, the packaging protected the device.

    The phone has very few screen scratches. I see none on the body. You have to look hard for them. Does excellent condition include battery? It is at 77% and says it needs to be serviced. That is a bummer. BUT I love the phone and going to put a little more money into it for the battery. satisfied.

    I bought a green iphone 13 mini 256GB in supposedly “Excellent” state. There’s scrathes on the top of the screen, there’s chips out of the metal rim and the battery health is only 87%… The phone’s good enough for me, so I don’t need a replacement, but a bit of a disappointment it was. Ordered on Monday, arrived by Wednesday so shipping was very swift!
