    Item was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition. Was worried that the eSIM transfer from my existing iPhone might not work but it did. Only issues I experienced were when I attempted to transfer apps and settings over to my new device from my existing iPhone. iOS got stuck - twice - performing updates. This has happened to me several times before and was not due to any malfunction in my new device. The only way to resolve the issue was to reset my new device and perform a manual setup, which entails one or more system updates (16.7.2, followed by 17.1). This is a very common issue with iPhones. All in all, I am so far having an excellent experience with my new device purchased from Back Market.

    I'm quite happy with this purchase. The phone's battery has 100% capacity and I was able to transfer from my old phone to this new phone easy peasy. If I had to be super picky, there are a couple tiny scratches on the screen, but nothing that interferes with using the phone itself. Very happy to have this iPhone 13 mini (aka the last of the small Apple phones). I would use Back Market again, as it also feels good not to be buying a new phone for environmental reasons.
