    I am extremely satisfied with this new phone of the condition its in and price I paid for it!! :) I got the lowest condition and am very grateful that it came how it did. The battery reads as an unknown part, yet it's only because the new battery wasn't replaced by Apple themselves. This doesn't make the phone have any weird issues or anything out of the norm just in case your phone comes this way too!

    My daughter and son-in-law paid for my iPhone 12 Mini. They would have paid for a new iPhone, but I liked the Mini, having been used to a 2016 SE that fit nicely into my purses and pockets. I needed to upgrade due to the SE’s OS update limitation denying my access to several heavily-used apps. Also, my SE was getting wonky, heating up and discharging quickly, and I had to delete apps in order to free up needed memory. I like my Mini. It’s just slightly larger than my old SE, has plenty of memory, and I had a relatively smooth data transfer experience with only one hiccup easily resolved. My complaint about my Mini is that the battery registers at 82%, not the 85% Back Market claimed in the website description. Not enough difference to make a formal complaint, but deceiving, nonetheless. I hope the battery lasts till Apple stops providing OS updates for my phone or I die, whichever comes first. Also, the screen guard purchased separately did not come with adequate application instructions. If I had more experience with buying phones and tablets, this wouldn’t have been a problem, but my screen guard has a few bubbles remaining, and I notice a tiny line that is either on the screen or the backside of the guard. It may be just lint, but I’m not peeling off the screen guard to investigate. Overall, I am pleased with my “new” iPhone, and I won’t hesitate to buy used again from Back Market.

    So far it’s been great! We put a case over it and it looks basically brand new. the scratches were very minimal and only affected the aesthetics of it. Performance wise i’m happy with the way it works and how fast it is. I also think i got a great deal. Very content w my product :)

    The phone came in perfect condition. I opened the box and it looked and felt brand new. I’ve had it for about a week or so now and I have yet to find anything remotely wrong with it.     I got a phone in “excellent” condition, and I would agree with that assessment. There is one scratch on the screen about half a centimeter long, but that is the only physical defect. The phone works as expected. No complaints. This is my second phone from BackMarket and I will likely get my next phone from here again.

    The delivery was good, FedEx missed me a couple of times. I underestimated the size of the iPhone se 2022 and I found a iPhone mini 12 that is cheaper but I believe the pixel is more my speed, the functions of the pixel are just more user friendly
