    I ordered from a fairly new refurbisher. My order was for a 12.9 inch iPad Pro third generation. What I received was an 11 inch. I had a feeling when I ordered that the order was not gonna go well because the price was very different from the other pricing. As soon as I got it in the mail and I saw the 11 inch, I just repackaged everything and returned it right away.Be careful when buying from new sellers without a good reputation. Especially the ones that sell Apple products. The return seemed to go smoothly, so that's the only reason why I'm giving it two stars. As for the quality of the product itself, I wouldn't be able to tell you because I never took it out the packaging. I just opened the box, I saw the bubble wrap and I realized that it was the 11 inch and I just basically taped everything back up and shipped it out. My girlfriend also bought an iPhone from a different seller. It was in good condition, but it came extremely scratched up. It was actually in fair condition when it was listed as good. I will be returning that as well. I will try back market again, but I recently had to rebuy my iPad Pro from Gazelle. My order from Gazelle came in excellent shape. It was basically new. And the prices were much better than back market. Again, I will try back market again one day, but so far my first two experiences have been poor. I also don't like the fact that there's no customer service phone number. Which is a big problem for me because I like to talk to people instead of just emailing and being digital. I'm a little old school. Nonetheless, I still think back market is a very good contender. I will only buy excellent and from reputable refurbishers.

    The phone was in decent shape. I had assumed that refurbished meant a new battery or at least a working one. I didn't want to return the product so I took a chance and bought a new battery and it works fine. I bought another phone for someone else and it had a good battery so I would probably go with a different seller than my first.

    The audio is not working with or without attached headphones I can’t hear anything and no one can hear me on zoom or otherwise It says it can’t sign in to Microsoft account I have nothing on it and it takes way to long to boot up It ask to automatically update wdws and when I said yes part way through it said can’t update So tried to do a wdws reset and it “RESET THIS PC There was a problem resetting your PC No charges were made” I have only problems with it from the moment I received and turned on the laptop D Sincerely disappointed Dawn Jewell 260-750-7155

    Well the honest truth is it was a Christmas gift for my son, he opens it Christmas morning and was so happy, well that was till we plugged it in and the power supply in the computer won’t trim on, so nothing works , so will have to sist till it is repaired jist to see it operate
