    I bought this phone as a gift for my son. The phone I purchased was supposed to be in very good condition, but I noticed the label on the phone said good. The phone looked great, but unfortunately after setting it up, we noticed the screen was not responding to touch well and there were glitches when scrolling through the settings menu.     I received a counterfeit Apple Pencil that is not genuine. It has a blinking red light when charging not existent on the real version as well as not functioning correctly or appearing in iPad settings, telling it is not real. I am not sure whether this mishap was accidental and even the refurbisher was duped or if this is some kind of sceme. Either way, I did not receive the correct product and thus cannot give a good rating.
