    I really wanted to love these phones. This is the second I’ve purchased in 3 months so I think I have a good feel for the products. First, the service is great, received orders very quickly. Response to inquiries in also prompt and polite. Next, the phones... the first I ordered a rose gold iPhone 6s Plus 64gb was beautiful in the outside. First thing I noticed after turning it on was battery health was 70% not the 80% that was guaranteed when purchasing. Second was the sound of phone calls, when outside if I needed wasn’t using headphones it was impossible to hear the caller. After cleaning the speaker this thankfully cleared up. There’s are also tons of issues with the wifi card not detecting wifi signals that my husbands detects (same phone) when he’s next to me. This iPhone 6s I just purchased also had the same 70% battery health, and also the same sound issue. I haven’t used it enough to know if the wifi card is also going but I would t be shocked. So, all in all if I wasn’t giving this phone to my little brother, I’d be upset. As it is, if you think you’re saving $, consider the possible replacements you might still be needing.
