I ordered an iPhone 8 listed as being in excellent condition, but what I received was far from it. The battery showed 88% capacity, yet the phone couldn’t hold a charge for more than an hour. It was basically unusable out of the box. I had to take it to an Apple Store and pay to have the battery replaced, which completely defeats the purpose of buying a refurbished phone. If the battery is that weak, it should be disclosed or replaced before selling. Not happy with this purchase.
