Refurbished iPhone XS 512 GB

I recommend BackMarket to everyone looking to buy a used phone or even a used device they can't find elsewhere but want a reliable refurbishement. I've bought 3 iPhones all the same model and storage when I have somehow ruined my previous one and have been super happy with each one i have gotten. Even when I have chosen just a "Fair" condition, it has seemed to me to be mint. They do great refurbs and I feel like I'm helping keep these out of landfills by buying them here. This was my first purchase on third party apps such as black market regarding apple products and I ordered an iPhone XS with excellent quality however the battery capacity was 84%. I wasn’t expecting a battery of 84% as listed as an excellent quality. Raises a question on other products especially that are marked as excellent condition.

iPhone came within a couple of days after placing the order. No crack screen no marks . Perfect condition. I got an IPhone xs in good condition. The only problem is whenever I charge the phone it starts overheating but everything else is still works fine .

Great experience and fair price. Although I ordered an iPhone XS in excellent condition, the invoice shows it as "very good". Regardless, it is in great condition and has been working fine so far. Thank you!

As always, my Back Market iPhones arrived looking and working like new. I just updated from an iphone 7+ to an iphone XS and the XS is in perfect condition. This is the 5th iphone update I’ve used Back Market to implement, and on each occasion everything worked perfectly. I could not be happier.

Bought iP,hone Xs "Excellent" condition. Looked perfect. Not a scratch. Amazingly had 100% battery health, not 85%. Wow! Only prob was muffled microphone sound (and battery a bit warm). Communicated w/ BackMarket and they were on it immediately. Absolutely communicated within 24 hrs. Told me to do recovery for privacy and send it in. Vendor tried to fix microphone but could not and did not have another Xs in stock. So full refund! (If you get a chance to buy from vendor WeGoWeFix, do so. They respond quickly by text and are very helpful. Just wonderful experience from both BackMarket and WeGoWeFix. I am now be a loyal client of both and am looking for another iPhone Xs on BackMarket. I appeciate companies that live up to their own goals of great customer service.

i bought the iPhone Xs for my birthday in Fair condition and it came 2 days before it was supposed to be delivered in perfect condition, this is my very first time ever owning an iPhone and I'm very satisfied

Buying refurbished there’s only so much you’re allowed to complain about. I bought in good condition and there’s a minor minor scuff at the bottom that you couldn’t even bother to notice making this in my mind excellent condition. Only complaints are screen isn’t fully seated not genuine apple screen (duh) OLED screen would’ve been nice but like I said can’t complain so much other then that I’m happy with the phone. Will be back later for battery review.

Back Market is great. However, this is the second time ordering and receiving phones from this specific seller and BOTH phones had a problem. The iPhone 12 was not quite in the condition advertised. Screen was supposed to be Flawless but had a couple of obviously visible scratches and the iPhone XS had problems with the earpiece (almost no volume). Every other of my many purchases thru Back Market were GREAT!
