    Minor cosmetic scuffs on the phone, but it works as if i bought it from an official retailer or apple dealer of sorts! I did have some issues with my sim card but that was my fault and not the phone’s, i just had to buy a new sim card and the experience has been flawless since. I’m very happy took a seemingly risky plunge by buying a refurbished phone from here but the money I saved paid off. The phone works great, I have had no issues with the device from a hardware/software standpoint. I’ll probably buy my next mobile device from here once Apple decides to make this 11 ultimately unusable with future updates and such. OH! My only complaint is the charger that was included with the phone, it worked but it was a very snug fit into the port and was SUPER slow. I bought a fast charger some days before but the first day or two with the phone was really tough battery wise 😭. Also there were some times when the phone would stop charging at 92% and stay there for a while but Backmarket warned me about this and it was not an issue in the slightest (they replace phone batteries before shipping them out). Several months later and it no longer displays the wrong battery percentage. Good experience and quality, would recommend to someone who needs a phone but doesn’t want to pay full price.

    Quite disappointed I ordered the excellent which meant little to no damage but there was a considerable amount of scuffs on the side and the volume key has a huge mark on it which was poorly repaired if at all cause I have to slam the key for it to even respond
