    There is a good selection of phones on Back Market and reasonable prices. This is the second time I have bought from them and the whole process is very smooth and the shipping is fast. The Galaxy Z Flip is great, just learning all the new tricks on working this phone. If looking for phone I highly recommend Back Market.     This item clearly has some unresolved issues. The sound quality is very low. Phone doesn't charge properly either the port is bad or port is bad. Phone keeps asking me to install updates after I've already done so. Phone looses signal or connection with provider. I've owned the same phone before this purchase and never had any of these issues.

    I like everything about it except the battery. The battery doesn't keep a charge at all and it takes a long time to charge the tablet. I have tried two different chargers and get the same result with both of them. There is something wrong with the port because after you plug in the charging cord you might have to jiggle it a little to make sure the tablet is actually charging.
